Sticky Bottle Beer Brewing is a group of four beer connoisseurs who get together to imagine, create, and enjoy the finer points of . . . beer and it's ingredients through tasty experiments.
Our meeting schedule purely revolves around our brews. We brew in 10 gallon batches, partial mash and partial extract. When our beer is completely fermented, we bottle and brew at the same time. We have realized that with the down-time of boiling we are able to efficiently bottle/keg our other batch.
None of us our very big fans of dark and heavy beers, so we stick mostly to brewing reds and lighter colored beer styles. Many people have sampled our different varieties, and their current favorites are the Ge-Spalt, Kolsch Extra, Mai Bock, Rachel in Dairyland, Red Badger, and Oktoberfest. We do come up with our own recipes, but are not afraid to use creations that other people have come up with, and adapting them to what we want.
Also, this website will service as an informal location for all to see what we do, how we do it, and what the end results are. This website is sure to be under construction for a long time, however if you find yourself waiting for us to post something, have a homebrew and wait!
